The project management platform, AceProject, offers comprehensive tools for monitoring projects, tasks, documents, expenses, timesheets, and user activities. It aims to empower project managers with a range of functionalities designed for effective oversight and coordination.

AceProject Mobile facilitates project management from any location without requiring prior professional expertise in project management methodologies. The software provides a broad spectrum of features, including:

• Project Management: Tracking project progress, managing project portfolios, overseeing tasks (to-do lists, task management), and handling task dependencies.
• Document Management: Sharing files, version control, file locking, and document tracking to ensure document integrity and accessibility.
• Timesheet Management: Recording work hours through time tracking and a punch clock system.
• Collaboration Tools: Email notifications, support for international characters (multi-language collaboration), and task reminders to enhance team coordination.

The free Hosted Basic package provides unlimited user accounts, access to two projects, up to 50 tasks, and 250 MB of storage. All available features are included at this level. Additional paid packages are available to extend privileges and storage capacity. An Intranet Package is also offered for organizations wishing to host AceProject on their own servers. While most clients prefer the convenience of our SaaS-based offerings, some opt for self-hosting to retain full control over their environment.
